Document Review Models

Review models are used to define all the reviews that are necessary to complete a document workflow. Any number of reviews can be added to your review models.

Review models include the following requirements:

Which reviews must be performed within the document and who will be assigned.
When, in the document, each review will be performed (at which Status).
What is the estimated time needed to complete the review (if applicable).
Document review models MUST be attached to document types in order to enforce the document workflow.

User Rights

The following rights must be assigned to a user for that user to manage or view document review models:

Rights	Description
DRM_MANAGE	Allows the administrator to add new document review models, modify existing review models, or delete review models.
DRM_VIEW	Allows a user to view document review models.
